Concentrates are thickened pure fruit and vegetable juices produced by pressing fresh ingredients which have had most of their water content removed by evaporation. The list of available concentrates includes both liquid and powder alternatives. Pure juice on a carrier is an ideal way of adding a fruit component into your product and increasing its appeal to your customers. We can also arrange a custom-made production of powder concentrates made of local and/or exotic fruit.
